The Pale-headed Rosella is a broad-tailed parrot, native to northeastern Australia. Found in open woodland, it feeds on seeds and fruit. These nest in hollows of large trees. It is sold as a cagebird as well.
It is moderate in size. Pale yellow head, white cheeks and pale blue underparts are its specialities. Its bill is pale blue-white and the legs dark grey. The eyes are yellow-brown.
